Shipping Policy
Shipping charges are based on the order total. Orders will usually ship through USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders may be shipped through other carriers. Orders will generally ship within 5 business days.

International Orders
International orders require an additional $7 shipping charges. For international orders, the purchaser is responsible for any import taxes or duties. International orders may require additional delivery time. To request a delivery estimate, please email support@tongrenshop.com.
Back Orders
For orders with backordered products, orders may be held for 3 additional days before shipping. If backordered products remain unavailable, orders will be processed and the backordered products will be shipped immediately when they become available with no additional shipping charges.
Returns
We allow returns of books and supplies up to 14 days of purchase. Please email support@tongrenshop.com if you require a return. A full refund of the product price will be refunded once the products are returned and confirmed undamaged. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for return shipping costs.
